In this RF modulator, the frequency is 30MHz~1GHz.Due to the enhanced 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent .Strip package is used for this RF modulator.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 64 terminations integrated.
