As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Cut Tape (CT) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator receives its inputs from ECL, PECL, which is designed to be the clock source. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented.
