CY2544FIT Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in this file.
