This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~85°C TA is essential when operating. There is a switching frequency of 1.5MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 2.5V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage.
