SI-8001FDL Overview

Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. There is a TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. The operating temperature should be kept at -30°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 300kHz.
