AP431WG-7 Overview
An easy-to-use TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package is used.The handy Shunt package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.Various terminations with 3.For precise voltage reference, use ±1% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 2.495V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Adjustable forms.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed 260.In the voltage reference ic, there are 59 pins.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -20°C~85°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching "AP431".Surface Mount applications are compatible with the voltage reference.A voltage reference ic's output current cannot exceed 200mA.36V is its maximum output voltage.A cathode current of 500μA is generally considered to be correct.It is not possible for the voltage reference ic to output a voltage lower than 2.495V.Due to the fact that the maximum input voltage of the part is 2.507V, users are recommended to limit the voltage accordingly.A voltage of 2.495V is required for its operation.It must be supplied with a voltage of 2.47V at a minimum.There is 10mA supply current flowing through the voltage reference circuit.Voltage reference that outputs 2.495V regardless of external conditions.There is 36V voltage higher than 36V that the voltage reference ic can send.It is possible for parts to be damaged when the current exceeds 10mA.
