AP63300WU-7 Description
A 3A, synchronous buck converter with a large input voltage range of 3.8V to 32V is the AP63300/AP63301. To enable high-efficiency step-down DC-DC conversion, the device fully incorporates a 40m low-side power MOSFET and a 75m high-side power MOSFET. The AP63300/AP63301 device's adoption of peak current mode control and integrated loop compensation network make it simple to operate while limiting the number of external components.
The AP63300/AP63301 design is enhanced for the mitigation of electromagnetic interference (EMI). By preventing switching node ringing without sacrificing MOSFET turn-on and turn-off times, the device lowers high-frequency radiated EMI noise brought on by MOSFET switching. Additionally, the AP63300 has frequency spread spectrum (FSS) with a switching frequency jitter of 6%, which lessens EMI by preventing energy from being released from a source to remain in a certain frequency for an extended length of time.
