AS431BNTR-G1 Overview
The reference voltage makes use of the handy TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package.This part is used as a voltage reference and has a Shunt control.External packaging Tape & Reel (TR) encloses the voltage reference ic.Tolerance of ±1% for precise voltage measurements.A voltage of 36V is output as a result of the test statistics.A Adjustable form is available for input by the user.The voltage reference ic has settled 3 pins.In the case of demanding PCB designs, Surface Mount is available.Suitable for work within -40°C~125°C TA.Inputs of 100mA are compatible with the reference voltage.The application is suitable for Surface Mount.There is 100mA way the voltage reference ic can deliver an output current higher than 100mA.In terms of maximum output voltage, it is equal to 36V.Cathode currents should generally be equal to 1mA.2.5V is the lowest voltage the voltage reference ic can output.Users should constrain the voltage correspondingly since the part can only accept 36V input voltage.It should operate at a temperature 125°C higher than 125°C.Temperatures as low as -40°C can be tolerated by it.In this case, the voltage is fixed at 2.5V.It is possible for the voltage reference circuit to send a voltage greater than 36V volts.Its supplier voltage reference circuit package is SOT-23-3.
