AZ494CMTR-G1 Overview

This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. There is a 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 2 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 40kHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 200mA output current of voltage regulator. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 36V. A voltage of 5V volts can be produced by voltage regulator. The switching regulator operation of the system is controlled by 16 pins.
