BAV99HDWQ-13 Description


BAV99HDWQ-13 is a surface mount switching diode array. Found in virtually every electronic application, switching diodes perform one of the most basic functions in a circuit. Robust performance is necessary, whether for standard or high-speed switching, controlled avalanche, or low-leakage current. Whenever a specified voltage is exceeded, the diode resistance increases, making the diode reverse-biased and acting as an open switch. Whenever the voltage applied is below the reference voltage, the diode resistance decreases, making the diode forward-biased and acting as a closed switch.
