BAW56W-7 Overview
This device will operate when the forward voltage is set to 1.25V.A maximum output voltage of 0.15A is supported by array.We should be monitoring the surge current and keeping it below 2A.There will be no operation of this device when the forward voltage is set to 150mA.A current of 50mA can be drawn from the part.This device has a capacitance of about 2pF farads.Array is powered by a reverse voltage peak of 2.5μA.
