In this device, the DC current gain is 40 @ 30mA 10V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.As a result of vce saturation, Ic reaches its maximum value (saturated), and vce saturation(Max) is 500mV @ 2mA, 20mA.In order to achieve high efficiency, the continuous collector voltage should be kept at 200mA.A high level of efficiency can be achieved if the base voltage of the emitter remains at 5V.The current rating of this fuse is 200mA, which means that transistor can carry an indefintransistore amount of current wtransistorhout deteriorating too much.There is a transition frequency of 50MHz in the part.A maximum collector current of 200mA volts is possible.
