PAM2400ACA330 Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the TO-243AA package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 100kHz. Regulator 0.9V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 0.9V. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 3.3V.
