As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. There are a total of 32 terminations in this file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. In this case, CMOS, Crystal is designed to be the input of the clock generator. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility.
