ZR431CL Overview
A handy TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) package is used.Uses the handy Shunt package.The handy Bulk package is used in this program.Voltage reference with ±2% tolerance.According to the test statistics, it produces 2.5V voltage.The user can enter input on the Adjustable form.The voltage reference ic is settled with 3 pins.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Through Hole is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~85°C TA.Search "ZR431" for other relevant parts.Applications with 100mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.Through Hole applications are appropriate for the voltage reference.High-quality communication is available through 1 channels.The maximum output voltage is 20V.Its cathode current should generally be 50μA.There is 2.5V voltage output lower than 2.5V from the voltage reference ic.Users should confine the voltage in accordance with the part's maximum input voltage of 20V.The ambient temperature should not exceed 85°C.Temperatures as low as -40°C degrees Celsius are -40°C problem for it.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 2.5V.It would send a maximum voltage of 20V.The supplier device package for this voltage reference circuit is TO-92-3.
