The DC current gain is the ratio of the base current to the collector current βdc = Ic/Ib and the DC current gain for this device is 100 @ 500mA 2V.This design offers maximum flexibility with a collector emitter saturation voltage of 1V.A VCE saturation (Max) of 1V @ 200mA, 2A means Ic has reached its maximum value(saturated).Continuous collector voltage should be kept at 1A for high efficiency.An emitter's base voltage can be kept at 5V to gain high efficiency.Current rating refers to the maximum current a fuse can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating substantially, and this device has a 1A current rating.Parts of this part have transition frequencies of 150MHz.Single BJT transistor is possible for the collector current to fall as low as 1A volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
