As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial packages. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 170V. Photodiodes have a pin count of 1. It is generally recommended that the maximum heat released by photodiodes should be 250mW in a circuit. If your DC circuit has a reverse voltage of 32V, the photodiodes will work properly. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 10nA even without light input.
