It is important to note that these photodiodes are packaged in Bulk to prevent damage. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial packages. During reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes should never exceed 170V. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. The photodiodes could release 150mW heat within a circuit. In the case of photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 32V. When no light is input, a photodiode will conduct at 10nA current.
