PD333-3C/H0/L2 Product Details
PD333-3C/H0/L2 Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk for protection. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into Radial packages in order to protect them from damage. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 170V should be maintained for the photodiodes. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. A circuit made up of photodiodes could release heat 150mW. Anode voltage for the reverse anode of the photodiodes should be 32V. Photodiodes generally release 150mW heat when connected in a circuit. DC photodiodes can work properly under reverse voltages of 32V in the DC circuit. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 5nA current.
