KA393AD Overview
To facilitate transportation, it comes packaged in SOP .There is a comparator of type OPEN-COLLECTOR output on this device.The device is designed with 8 terminations.The chip belongs to Comparator .A comparator supplied with 5V voltage can complete many demanding tasks.The board includes 8 pins.Normal operation of the device requires 1mA supply current.If the current supply exceeds 1mA , the comparator might be damaged.This device requires 5V power supplies to operate.There is no need to exceed 70°C in terms of temperature.Lower temperatures than 0°C are unsuitable for it.There is a maximum voltage supply on the comparator of 36V .This comparator can be supplied with a voltage as low as 18V .To maintain output quality, 2 channels cooperate.This comparator basically consists of a COMPARATOR amplifier with very high gain.18mA is the output current of this device.
