MPC8545EVTANGA Overview

The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in BGA, making it easy to ship internationally. This is a MICROPROCESSOR for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Total terminations are 783. In the case of a 1.1V voltage supply, the embedded microprocessor should be turned on and run. A 32-Bit architecture is used. For functions of 783 pins, please refer to the datasheets. The maximum supply current is 1.155V. A typical Microprocessors embedded microprocessor. Data can be transferred over 32b bandwidths. Temperatures above 105°C are not suitable for operating the microprocessor. The CPU microprocessor body is injected with 783 pins. 800MHz is expected to be the top frequency of the CPU. From 1.1V, the micro processor can be used. Datasheets specify that the embedded microprocessor requires 1.22.5/3.3V power supplies.
