BR81 Product Details
BR81 Overview
Powered by a forward voltage of 8A, this device operates on a forward voltage of 8A.Basically, it's an electronic component with a 4-Square, BR-8 package.A monitoring should be done of the reverse leakage current and it should not be allowed to exceed zero.Through Hole is the method of mounting the device. In order for rectifier to operate normally, rectifier must be kept at a temperature of -65°C~125°C TJ.A surge current should not exceed 125A and should be monitored. This device is powered by a peak reverse voltage of 10A.
BR81 Features
8A forward voltage forward voltage of 8A 4-Square, BR-8 package operating at a temperature of -65°C~125°C TJ peak reverse voltage of 10A a reverse voltage peak of 10A
BR81 Applications
There are a lot of GeneSiC Semiconductor BR81 applications of bridge rectifiers.
