It is important to note that these photodiodes are packaged in Bulk to prevent damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into TO-46 packages. 3 pins are present on the photodiodes. Within a circuit, photodiodes may emit heat 150mW. When operating photodiodes, the temperature should not exceed 125°C. However, the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set at -55°C. A circuit should experience a maximum heat release of 150mW when photodiodes are used. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces a 250nA current.
