To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in CSMD packages. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 50V. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 50V. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. In a circuit, photodiodes could release 125mW heat. Photodiodes should operate at a temperature of 125°C. In spite of this, the photodiodes should be operated at a minimum operating temperature of -55°C. In the case of photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 50V. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces 5nA current.
