IR2127 Product Details
Description
A high voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver are the IR2127. Ruggedized monolithic construction is made possible by proprietary HVIC and latches immune CMOS technology. The normal CMOS or LSTTL outputs are compatible with the logic input down to 3.3V. The gate drive voltage is cut off when the protective circuitry detects an overcurrent in the driven power transistor. To let users know that an over-current shutdown has happened, an open drain FAULT signal is provided. A high pulse current buffer stage with minimal cross-conduction is a feature of the output driver.
An N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT with a high side or low side configuration that operates up to 600 volts can be driven using the floating channel.
Features
