IR2131STR Overview

A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.Tape & Reel (TR) is the form of the package.Configuration is supported by 6 drivers.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.When the supply voltage is set to 10V~20V, it can demonstrate its superiority.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~150°C TJ.A type of Inverting is used for input in this program.The configuration starts with 28 terminations.There are various related parts under its base part number IR2131S.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.Mosfet driver is configured wMosfet driverh 28 pins when designing.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 15V volts of power.There is a maximum output current of 500mA that can be achieved.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage can be up to 600V.There are 3 outputs integrated for its basis.
