Its PLCC package provides greater flexibility.A packaging method of Bulk is indicated.The configuration is supported by 6 drivers.You mount it with Surface Mount.In the device, there are 32 pins.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.As a maximum, there is 350mA limit to the output current.The basis of this model has 3 outputs integrated.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to set the operating temperature to 125°C.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a minimum temperature of -40°C.20V is its maximum operating voltage.In order for the device to function, the supply voltage must be set to 10V.Currently, 200mA is the current it outputs.As long as the output voltage is set to 300mV, it will work.
