IR2301 Description
The IR2301(S) are power MOSFET and IGBT drivers with independent high and low side referenced output channels. Ruggedized monolithic architecture is possible because of proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technology. Down to 3.3V logic, the logic input is compatible with normal CMOS or LSTTL output.
