Its 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is adopted for higher flexibility.A packaging method of Tube is indicated.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.When the supply voltage is set to 10V~20V, it can demonstrate its superiority.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~150°C TJ.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.Ideally, the high-side voltage should not exceed 600V.
