IR3564AMAM01TRP Overview
Capsuled in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 5 input. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. The program can handle PWM dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 3.3V volts and has 3.3V supply voltage. Suitable for a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. The switching controller can be switched at 200kHz~2MHz. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Power Good.
