IR3590MIB01TRP Overview
It comes in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 6. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. The program can handle PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 3.3V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. The switching controller can be switched at 200kHz~2MHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
