IR3590MTRPBF Product Details

IR3590MTRPBF Overview

As a result of 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. For 6 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. A total of PWM Signal dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 3.3V. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. The switching controller can be switched at 200kHz~2MHz. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC.
