The IRF7455 is a 30V single N-channel HEXFET? Power MOSFET with extremely low on-resistance per silicon area and fast switching performance using advanced planar technology. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -55 and 150℃. And the MOSFET IRF7455 is in the SOIC-8 package with 2.5W power dissipation.
