IRL3302 Description


These HEXFET Power MOSFETs were created to fulfill the special needs of CPU core DC-DC converters in the PC environment. Advanced processing processes, along with a gate oxide design that is optimized for cost, produce a die that is sized to deliver the best value. At power dissipation values of around 50 watts, the TO-220 package is universally recommended for all commercial-industrial applications. The TO-220's low heat resistance and low packaging cost contribute to its widespread use in the industry.
