IRL3402 Description
The needs of CPU core DC-DC converters were the focus of the design of these HEXFET Power MOSFETs. A die that is appropriately sized to deliver optimal efficiency at the lowest cost is produced by combining cutting-edge production methods with an optimized gate oxide design.
For all commercial and industrial applications with power dissipation levels up to about 50 watts, the TO-220 package is always favored. The TO-220 is widely used in the industry thanks to its low thermal resistance and affordable packaging.
