IRS26320JPBF Overview
A packaging method of Bulk is used.There are 6 drivers installed for this device.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.By using 12V~20V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~125°C TA.This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.There is a maximum output current of 350mA that can be achieved.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage is 600V.A maximum operating temperature of 125°C is permissible.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.
