It has 28 pins indicating it has 28 memory locations. It is noted that the operating supply voltage of this memory is 5V. Chips such as this one are mounted using Through Hole mounting, a straightforward method of mounting that is effective. Memory chip's nominal supply current is 135mA. An address can be read and/or written to one memory address using 1 ports on the chip. This memory chip requires a mere 5V of power.
