Due to space constraints, it is supplied in the QFN package. This package uses the Tape & Reel packaging method. In order to prevent signal reflections from off the end of the transmission line, 48 terminations are used. Essentially, it is an electronic device with 48 pins. Analog signals are converted to digital signals by means of 2 A/D converters. Voltages below 4.75V are supported by it. It is not recommended to exceed 70°C for maximum operating temperature.
