MK2069-01GI Overview


Embedded in the TFSOP package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflowing. It contains a total of 56 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 160MHz. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.45V as a supply voltage. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. In this IC, a 56-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. There are -40°C operations available on this frequency generator and it operates at low temperatures. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 85°C with a reduced performance. As such, it is often referred to as a kind of Clock Generators clock PLL. In some cases, over-current supply (higher than 30mA) may cause thermal damage to an element.
