ISL3283EIHZ-T Overview
Designed for common LEDs, this driver IC features an enhanced SOT-23-6 package.There is a Cut Tape package for this receiver.An output voltage range of 3.3V is sufficient to run this line driver ic efficiently.There are 6 terminations in this wide receiver so that signals can be driven from the data and received.The transceiver is packaged with 6 market standard pinouts so that it can be easily used.6-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.A combination of optical transceiver downsizing and high-density Surface Mount mounting reduces the package size dramatically.It is designed so that it can be operated from a 3.3/5V power supply with this driver IC.In addition to that, it contains 1 receivers as well.A transceiver module's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this optical transceiver to operate properly.As far as supply voltages are concerned, the maximum voltage that this IC is rated at is 5.5V.In order to run this line driver ic, the supply voltage must be at least 3V.
