ISL43231IRZ Overview
Packed in QFN, the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Bulk is used to provide high reliability. There are 20 terminations totally. By its 2 channels, the electronic component provides high-quality output. With a 5V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. 20 pins are injected to the electronic part body. This digital multiplexer has 50Ohm internal resistance. Please refer to the datasheets for 20 pins functions. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 12V. A cost-effective Dual, Single supply type analogue multiplexer. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 2V. 7μA current would be enough for this multiplexer to operate. If put voltage greater than 7μA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. Dual supply volatge is feasible for this multiplexer. But it should not go beyond 6V. You should attach at least 2V voltage if you are using dual power supply. Integrated with SINGLE-ENDED MULTIPLEXER analog IC. This analog switch ic utilizes SEPARATE OUTPUT output. The switches should not operate in an environment where the temperature is higher than 85°C. This electronic component presents a Drain to Source resistance of 39Ohm. It is able to conduct in a 3-bit way.
