CNY17-4X Product Details
The CNY17-4X optoisolators from Isocom Components 2004 LTD offer a reliable, durable, and cost-effective solution for isolated inputs and outputs. This transistor output optoisolator consists of an infrared LED chip and four phototransistors into a single 6 pin DIP package. This configuration allows for short circuit isolation of up to 4000 VRMS, creating a design with isolation ratings up to and beyond any competitive product. The LED chip has a current rating of 50mA with a peak forward current of 100mA and a maximum reverse voltage of 5V. It is also able to operate in temperatures ranging from -45°C to 80°C. The phototransistor is capable of a reliable switching speed of 80KHZ with a maximum operating voltage of 30V and a maximum collector current of 50mA. Its on state current is up to 0.5mA.
