ICPL3120 Product Details
The Isocom Components 2004 LTD Isolators - Gate Drivers ICPL3120 is a high-performance 8-PIN optocoupler with single channel in a gullwing package. This device features low drive current of 80μA, dual wide voltage range supply from 5V to 30V and a high isolation voltage of 2500Vrms for 1 minute. It has excellent pulse repetition rate with fast transition time of 4μs, higher reliability, and enhanced EMC/EMI isolation. It provides isolation shielding with minimal capacitive coupling, high speed logic compatible and a robust plastic package to ensure a secure operation as well as enhanced temperature range. Its ability to protect against overvoltage and short-circuit spikes makes it ideal for applications that require high-speed switching, high noise immunity, and low power consumption.
