There is greater flexibility with the TO-220-5 package.Bulk represents the package.This device is equipped with 1 drivers for its configuration.The device is mounted in the direction of Through Hole.When the supply voltage is 8.5V~35V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET in this design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -55°C~150°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.As a result of its configuration, it contains a maximum of 5 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IXD*430.Mounting the device requires Through Hole.Specification is for 18V supply voltage operation.The interface IC is referred to as BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED IGBT/MOSFET DRIVER.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 30A.A total of 3 pins are available for component connections.The output current supported by the device is 30A.Using 2W as an example, the maximum power dissipation shows how well it is able to transfer and conduct power loss without becoming overheated.
