In order to save space on the board, 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages are used.A Tape & Reel (TR)-packing method is used to pack telecommunications equipment.Surface Mount is used as telecommunications equipment mounting type.This telecom IC is composed of 1 circuits.4.5V~5.5V can be supplied wtelecom IC's efficiencyh a voltage that enhances efficiency.The operating temperature set at -40°C~110°C can offer reliable performance.A Surface Mount-axis mount is used.16 pins are present on this telecom interface.2mA is the supply current.Telecom product operates with the supply voltage of 5V to provide much flexibility for designers.Telecom product operates with the supply current of 2mA to provide much flexibility for designers.During normal operation, a minimum value of -40°C is set for the temperature.Normal operation is ensured by setting 110°C to the maximum value.The voltage supplied should be 4.5V at least.Telecommunications device is recommended that the voltage supplied be lower than 5.5V.For normal operation, the supply current should be kept at 1μA.As long as the resistance is greater than 100Ohm, it will be able to work.
