M-982-02P Overview
22-DIP (0.415, 10.50mm) package is used to save board space.Telecommunications equipment is packed in the Tube-way.A Through Hole-mount is used for mounting the telecom circuit.A 1 circuit is the heart of this telecom IC .The supply voltage of 2.7V~5.5V can increase efficiency.Telecom switching is possible to achieve reliable performance when the operating temperature is set at -40°C~85°C.Mounted in the direction of Through Hole.There are 22 pins on this telecom interface.A current of 15mA is used as the supply current.To offer designers much flexibility, it is powered by 5.5V voltage.In addition to providing many benefits for designers, it operates using 15mA as a supply current.A minimum temperature value -40°C is set to ensure normal operation.The temperature is set at the maximum value of 85°C to ensure normal operation.At least 2.7V voltage should be supplied.The voltage supplied should be lower than 5.5V.
