Board space can be saved by using the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.In order to pack telecommunications equipment, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.Telecommunications equipment is mounted using Surface Mount.An 1-circuit makes up this telecom IC .2.7V~5.5V can be supplied wtelecom IC's efficiencyh a voltage that enhances efficiency.Using -40°C~85°C as the operating temperature can result in reliable performance.The mounting is in the way of Surface Mount.20 pins are present on this telecom interface.A 15mA supply current is required to operate telecom equipment .Designed to work with the supply current of 15mA, it provides designers with a great deal of flexibility.For normal operation, the temperature is set at -40°C minimum.A maximum value of 85°C is set to ensure normal operation.There should at least be 2.7V voltage supplied.If the voltage supplied is lower than 5.5V, telecommunications device should be used.
