There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 132-LFBGA, CSPBGA package and X package. In this kind of FPGA, FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY is used. Fpga chips is programmed wFpga chipsh 104 I/Os for transferring data in a more coherent manner. Logic elements/cells form the fundamental building block of a computer. In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 2.5V volts needs to be provided. The Field Programmable Gate Arrays family of FPGA parts includes this part. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. In order to operate it, it requires a voltage supply of 2.375V~3.465V . The MachXO2 Series is one of the types of FPGAs that belong to this type. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within -40°C~100°C TJ range. During the installation of this device, 105 outputs were incorporated. Fpga chips is designed to maximiTraye space efficiency by containing the FPGA model in Tray.
