There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 144-LQFP package and X package. FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY is the component of this type of FPGA. A total of 114 I/Os are programmed to ensure a more coherent data transfer. In order to construct a fundamental building block, 4320 logic elements/cells are required. Power is provided by a 1.2V-volt supply. In this case, the FPGA part belongs to the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. Fpga chips operates at a voltage of 1.14V~1.26V and uses a battery to supply power. The FPGA belongs to the MachXO2 series of FPGAs, and it is one type of FPGA. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within -40°C~100°C TJ when operating. In order to make this device as versatile as possible, there are 115 different outputs included. There is an FPGA model contained in Tray in order to conserve space.
