There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 256-LBGA package and X package. Fpga chips consists of FLASH PLD elements. Having 159 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. To form a fundamental building block, there are 640 logic elements/cells. It is powered from a supply voltage of 1.2V. The Field Programmable Gate Arrays family of FPGAs includes this part.
